Why I coach.
I’ve spent over 20 years leading teams and running organisations within the world of communications. I’ve won clients, delighted them with the work, brought in record-breaking revenues and devised successful business strategies. But what I’ve loved most in all that time is helping people grow, shine and thrive a little more every day through recognising and unlocking the potential of the difference they bring.
In terms of my experience, I’ve coached people across a range of industries including retail, creative, pharma, education, charity and not-for-profit. As for qualifications, my coaching certification is from Henley Business School and is ICF, EMCC and AC accredited. I also hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Behavioural Change and an MBA. I am a member of the ICF and have trained as a mental health first aider with MHFA England*.
But even before all that, I was always intrigued by people: what makes us tick and what we each bring that nobody else can. Because that, really, is the key to diversity, and why it’s so crucial in the workplace if you want the best ideas, creativity, executions and outcomes for individuals, teams
and organisations.
For a long time, therefore, it has been my dream to set up Spotted Tiger so I could do this for more people – and now I’m living that dream. So let me help you live yours, by making your difference the difference.
